This is a gorgeous piece. There are so many elements about it that lend to the nature of the theme that you intended. Her body posture, how her shoulders are gently slumped and her hands are gently folded give that sense of "Tranquility" as you aptly named the piece. As I described to you in my commentI enjoyed the fact that you cropped the piece in such an untraditional way. I have always been told never to crop before the elbow (or directly at the elbow) or the full head. This piece puts the advice my professors gave me to shame. I love the cropping and how you don't see her eyes. It actually makes the piece feel more serene. Your color choice has the same impact and definitely highlight her skin tones well. I all ready described the importance of the dandelion to the idea of "Tranquility" but I will restate it: when I was younger I was told that by blowing on a dandelion that had turned white it was a way of making a wish. Which is what she appears to be doing. I had almost forgotten about that child hood fable and this piece brought that all back for me on a personal level. There's one more thing I want to add, that I didn't say in my comment... I think the detail in her hair is gorgeous, I love the way it's pulled back and the way the individual strands are placed. This is one of my most favorite pieces I've seen recently!
